whenever i run for a slightly further distance i get abdominal pain. at times, when i try to jump rope i get abdominal pains even when i've only jumped for about 20 times. this frustrates me very much. can someone tell me what's wrong with me and how do i solve this problem? thanks in advance

it pains so much that i have to stop doing exercise and the pain stops only after a few minutes. when i resume my exercise the pain comes back again. help me!

i'm not fat and i don't take alcoholic drinks. in fact people thought i look somewhat athletic.

Check you diet and do strengthen abdominal exercises.

You're probably fat or out of shape. Run faster and through the pain if you're not weak. Stetch. Don't drink too much water or vodka.

Dont run, or you could always have you abdomin removed LOL
