we're recommended by health experts to eat 5-6 small meals regularly throughout the day, especially to those who are trying to lose weight. this is because it keeps your metabolism up and running burning energy even when you're not being physically active.

you're not hungry because you're metabolism has been put into hybernation mode, and is using up stored energy as a fuel source. this might sound ideal but in reality it's not because it uses protein as it's secondary energy source. this means that you're depleting the protein in your body, so your hair, nails, skin and your internal organs will suffer as a result. that's not ideal at all.

eat regular meals high in protein, with a low GI and dieting should be a breeze. and ofcourse it goes without saying exercise is a major part of any weight loss program.

good luck! stay nourished

To plan a routine helps with not eating out of panic. I find when it is not planned I tend to get really hungry and reach for something that might not be in my best interest. You should also add snacks in between those meals to keep you going.
