It doesn't necessarily tell you how much they'll pay, it tells you the rules of the game.

You can't tell. All claims are different and they actually are governed by statutes. Just because someone brought a claim against your insurance, doesn't mean they are seriously injured or prove that they have suffered a significant injury. Noone gets compensated just for being in an accident. and if your insurance is Allstate, you are protected. so don't worry.

The most your insurance will pay out is where it says "Bodily Injuries." FYI, if you are a homeowner and they are really injured, they can look to your home insurance for additional coverage.

You don't - you may have a deductible - and they may only pay a % of the claimed figure. The adjuster will make the final decision.

The policy has liability limits, these are not the amounts you are handed if you have an accident.
