I am 22 years old and I am currently going to college and living with my parents.
We have a next door neighbor who is an 11 year old girl. She is very pretty and well developed for her age. She always comes over to my house and we play video games and such. But yesterday, she jumped on top of my and kissed me on the cheek.
When she did that, I was overcome with urges for her. Im still a virgin and most girls my age don't want to date me.
Ever since she kissed me, I can't stop thinking about her, I want more to be more than just friends with her.
Should I act on these urges? What should I do? Is it still illegal even if her parents say its ok?

Dude, wait till she's 18, or you'll end up in the slammer. Not worth it.

Do not act on your urges. She's 11 and not emotionally or mentally ready to handle your "urges."
If you had an 11 year old daughter...would you want a 22 year old trying to have sex with her?
If you respect this girl, do not make a pass at her. It's manipulative and emotinally damaging.
Just because you can't get laid doesn't mean you need to take this child's innocence. Be an adult.

Julliete are you on CRACK? Do you realize how illegal and creepy this is. This person is a grown man who is 22, the girl is HARDLY in puberty and still in grade school. Do you actually think this relationship can work out? Also do you really think the parents would let their children date someone who is 22?

A man should be interested in women that arouse him sexually as well as intellectually. If you are getting aroused by a young girl, you need to grow up and join your generation. What in the world are you doing with this baby anyway. Talk to you folks, let them know, seek help. Keep away from this child and avoid her. Should you act on this, you are likely to go to jail. Once there, you will be the one who is molested. Consider the damage you will do to this child. SEEK HELP.

ohmygod sir. nonono that is not right. it would be best to stop talking to her. you could get in alottt of trouble for that. dont act on your urges, wait until she is older. when you are 11 years old youre not mature enough to make big decisions like that. its illegal no matter what.

Dude no.
Listen, I know all too well where you're coming from. It's hard to resist. But what parent would say yes to that? And if they did, you still know that it's wrong.
Listen, write me privately, and I'll drop some real knowledge on you. Alot of people write me, so remind me of who you are.
