When did it start becoming oily? Have to tried biolage? How often do you wash it?

Like the people have said before washing everyday actually makes your hair produce more oil because you are constantly getting rid of the natural oils that you have.. so washing everyother day would help... for those in between days try using a spray on shampoo that won't necessarily get rid of the natural oil but with take away the oily look.

My friend got his hair cut from the mother of a friend of ours and he happens to use alot of product in his hair.... so what she did to get the gunk and stuff out was dawn dish soap and he said he has never felt his hair to soft and light... so if you have a lot of build up too maybe try that once in a while

hope this helps

first, how often do you wash your hair? if you wash it every day, try going 2-3 days between washing. Excessive hair washing can actually cause a build up of oil in your hair. You may also try some different types of shampoos and conditions. I for one cannot use anything paul mitchell or nexxus. For whatever reason they just make my hair very oily.

when you do use conditioner, do not put it on your roots. only on the tips of your hair. otherwise that will add to the oil. You might also try putting baby powder in your hair. That is kind of a beauty trick soak up oil.

good luck!

Washing. Clean, healthy hair is the basis of any hair style. In addition to brushing, dry hair requires shampooing once a week, oily hair perhaps every other day. Shampoos are soapy or synthetic detergents in liquid, gel, lotion, or cream form and may have special uses. There are nondrying shampoos for normal hair, egg shampoos to add sheen to dry hair, and lemon shampoos to cut extra oils in oily hair.

Found this on a hairdressing website. Hope it helps you! Even if you add the lemon juice yourself to your existing shampoo it might help
