Stop sprinting now! The more you do this the more you will aggrivate the injury, there will then be a possibility of long term damage.

Please get it checked out by a doc, physio or osteo. Until then gentle exersize, swimming is best and if you wish to continue sprinting use an aqua jog belt and run in the water, sounds weird but it really works.

Hope you get this sorted soon and it feels better.

I know how you feel i have been off work for 3 years with lower back pain you have to rest as much as possible when you are carrying you shopping divide the weight evenly between both hands if you have an electric blanket put it on for an hour before you go to bed if you don't have one get a hot water bottle and take it to bed with you but you must go to your doctor

Stop sprinting! Hard exercise does you more harm than good, it can mess up your hips and knees as well try going for a walk instead, and go to the doctors who will give you exercises to strenthen your back.

perhaps you should objective to get yet another medical doctors opinion? or perhaps only shrink it down..in case your no longer used to determining and your forcing your self too a ways you're stressing your body out make constructive you pass at a sluggish cost and artwork your self up!

visit an urgent care for an xray. treat with hot tub soaks, massage, and advil/alleve.
