What does it do to you? Without this piece of information we canÂ´t really help...
If you are allergic to nuts, then it would not only be peanut butter that you canÂ´t eat but all the other sorts of nuts.
If you have symptoms different from allergy, and include belly ache, stomach cramps, bloating and other unpleasant things, you might have irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance.
