Calcium for sure. Gound bones used to be added to bread and soups, and fed to expectant mothers. IDK about the protein though. There must be high protein (and high fat) in the marrow.

You would get calcium if you eat the bones. This is why many nutritionists say that eating small fish like sardines is a good thing because it's easy to eat the bones. If you also eat the bone marrow (the red stuff found inside of chicken bones) that's where you'll be getting the protein. Of course, when it comes to chicken bones, you should not actually chew AND swallow - you should just chew if you like.

there are better ways of getting calcium and protein for humans. if you are a wolf, eating bones might be okay. chicken bones are soft and tend to splint, so they can become a choking hazard.

Be careful, they may get stuck in your throat. It also will take you by volume more bones to crunch, than just a simple 1/4" Vitamin pill.

Eh - for one thing, they are icky. For another they are hard to chew, and easy to choke on.
If you want to get your calcium from bones - stick top anchovies.
