No don't worry about it! If you just do it once in a while it's okay! It's when you constantly eat fatty foods that it'll make you gain weight! Don't be on too strict of a diet. Everything in moderation and you'll be fine.

first of all you never ruin your "diet" but i really hate that word.

accept it and move on. also pizza isnt that awful for you. i mean its not the best thing ever but i lose weight on a weekly basis. not one week since december (early) that i have not lost at least a pound. i eat pizza sometimes 3 times a week. i know i shouldnt but im a pizza-aholic.

dont stress over it. forgive yourself, and move on.

this is why i hate the word "diet". if your trying to lose weight just eat healthy and exercise. moderation is key but the more healthy stuff the more you can eat ;) i have never once been hungry since ive taken off 40 pounds.

You are not doomed. If you dwell and think about it you'll quickly "fall off the wagon" cause one thing leads to another. You need to also remember your body in some ways is like a car. If your feeding your body a low fat/low cal diet you may not have enough fuel or oil to run your car (body) and it will start to crave the items it needs to keep it functioning. Like all things in life we need balance. We also need to let things go to err is human. Don't also go to the opposite extreme to "make-up" for what you think you did incorrectly. Starving your body will kick in the mode for it to start storing fat to keep it alive. Your vital organs need some fat to function and your body naturally knows it and it knows if it thinks it's not going to have what it needs it will keep what it thinks it needs to keep it's self alive.
Good luck on your life change! and don't punish yourself for enjoying something. try to remember on how ever you decide to change your food choices to reward successes with non-food items like a manicure or a bubble bath to help you relax.

As long as you get right back on track tomorrow it won't affect you. You're entitled to a little splurge every now and then!
