Whatever clearance papers you need for transporting and entering another jurisdiction with your pet. I would contact the consulate of the country you're moving to find out what clearance you need for your pet to be brought into the country.

It depends where you are moving from and to. In europe you can get a pet passport which allows them to travel pretty freely without quarantine. Other parts of the world still have quarantine laws, and bringing into Europe from other parts of the world will encounter this too. It can be up to 2 years quarantine.
