First off, good for you! telling her the truth and not leading her on--not many guys would do that, and I respect that.
What she's doing by flirting with other guys could be one of two things. You have to ask yourself what she's like, though. Is she the type of girl who typically flirts a LOT with other guys? Or has she just started doing this recently?
If she's not usually like that but she's doing it now, she most definitely still likes you and wants to make you jealous.
If she IS like that...you're pretty screwed because she's most likely moved on by now.
My advice, though? If you still like her and you're at least willing to give a relationship a try, let her know! The fact that she's ignoring you probably means she's hurt that you didn't pay more attention to her during this last month...change that by calling her or leaving her notes in cute places. Just let her know you're interested again.
A fair warning, however: if you act like she's a last resort or a second choice to something else, she'll notice that and think you are only paying attention to her to get into her pants...
Be direct about it--that's the best way. Don't skirt around what you're both thinking...it'll save you both the stress!
(...by the way, a lot of people are saying feelings don't last as long as a month, but I disagree. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't--but it depends on the person. You'll never know unless you give it a shot.)

Not necessarily. It could mean that she was just hurt. On the other hand, she may have realized you didn't make her a priority then and therefore aren't any good for her now. However, if the flirting seems timed and purposeful when you are around she is most likely trying to make you jealous.
If she was so understanding then, chances are she will be just as understanding now if you take the initiative to pursue her. In fact, she will most likely be flattered (even if her feelings aren't the same anymore). So there is no shame in at least opening up the door for friendship and seeing what plays out. I say take the risk of seeing if she wants to do something casual together where you can chat.

No. She still likes you. She just doesn't understand why you weren't ready. Now she's in the state where she wants to believe she doesn't like you, but she knows that she still has feelings for you. The reason she's flirting with other guys is because she is trying to prove a point to you that you made a mistake. But I bet if you tell her your feelings, she'll forgive you. Let her know that you still care about her. Good luck with her! - Catty411

lol a whole month wow. Anyway, she probably wasn't that into you if she took it so well. Or she was probably in the same situation as u. Or it could be she was liking other guys. Anyway, to answer your 2nd question. Shes OVER U. I mean its been a WHOLE MONTH for christ sakes. If you were in her position. Would u talk 2 u??Yeah, i didn't think so. Anyway, try talking to her again. Maybe she'll forgive you.

sorry i think this train has passed u by. She wants u to see that she's happy now ...without u. If this girl is so wonderful why did u fail to see her good qualities before? If she's someone u can look over once will u do it again.

She's trying to get over you. Did you tell her you're ready for a relationship now? If not I suggest you should tell her. You might of hurt her a lil bit. Just try to talk to her and tell her. If you can't tell her yourself have one of your friends do it or ask one of her friends to tell her. Good luck =]

No. Just getting back at you because hurt her feelings by rejecting her. She'll eventually come around, after all ,she said
she'd wait for you.

How would you feel if she did that to you? Would you honestly wait, or would you feel like it was a knockback and go out and start chasing the field...

Maybe, maybe not. She may have moved on, or she may be unsure of your feelings since she's already waited for a month.
