I'm looking for a dish with a lot of meat. In your opinion, what is the best tasting beast of burden you have ever eaten? Also, how do you normally kill it before dinner?

I prefer microwave for killing and cooking.

Alligator tail deep fried (trust me, it's delicious) and let someone else wrangle it...

Most animals don't fit whole in a microwave. Besides, it's inhumane.

My favorites are goat, lamb and beef, personally. I don't kill them myself. I keep kosher, so the animals I eat must be killed in a particular (and very humane) manner, by someone expert in the process. I'm not equipped to do that, nor do I want to.
