its not that is directly bad for your health. but you might find that your sleep isn't as good as it could be. eating right before you sleep kicks your body off into digestion mode, when it should be in rest and recovery mode. your body will be busy trying to digest your food and this stops you going into the level 3 sleep mode, which is the most important one for recovery. you may only fall into level 1 or 2, and both of these phases are only light sleep. you should really try to eat at least 2 hours before you make your way to bed.

I am not sure if it can cause serious problems, but I do know that somethings that you eat such as spicy foods or fried foods can cause nightmares and make you restless at night...Also I have heard that eating late at night can really put the weight on you...You probably shouldn't do it if you can stop it...I would

When I do it, I tend to dream more and not get good quality sleep. I've heard you can get heartburn from eating and then lying down shortly after also.

Contrary to popular believe eating late and then going to bed does not cause you to gain weight.

If it doesn't bother you, there's nothing wrong with it. It'll often help you go to sleep faster.

It's not wrong but it can cause weight gain, otherwise it's fine.
