It usually leads to anger and outrageous behavior and if it goes on long enough it leads to physical ailments such as heart attacks and high blood pressure. Let it go.

Resentment & jelousy lead to anger. There is never really a reason to be out right Jealous or resentful of what someone else has, especially material things. But it does happen, in my family for awhile being the baby sister of 3 brothers (50) year old baby!! Two if them were trying to get in my business behind my back I thought at the time, It started a big arguement, Later when we all talked they were trying to be there for me but in the wrong way, so now it's always open communication. Nothing matters more than your family so there is no need for jealousy

This can lead to bad news. Not only does it destroy a somewhat normal relationship,it may be one of the factors that may trigger off a depression.Anger turn inwards will eventually turn into a depression.I would urge you now to settle your differences.Find out what it is that makes you so very jealous and resentment towards family etc.Once you identify the cause ( and please go to the source, never base you decision on hearsay or gossip) then works towards conflict resolution. Life is too precious ..keep the people you love close to your heart.

It is my belief that your personal mind-set is not in balance and a person that carries negative energy twords another for long periods of time may hinder ones ability to enjoy the short period of life we have been given also I believe it may lead to personal relationship issues as well as overall ill feelings twords others who may not be related to the issue which was so disturbing that no forgivness can be given..it is best to release negativity and free yourself of the burden as they say" move on"because life is a journey once you are out of the womb you are an "individual" and on your own you'll face your maker by yourself..streamline your pack and continue onward with no anxiety..no sores on your soul and no bitterness which translates to heart problems/nervousness/tension headaches/and an inability to ebrace love...love which is proven to release endorphines and reduce stress/fatigue...once bitten twice shy be all the wiser just avoid situations which may lead to failure but also remember there is just so much that one control in his/her enviroment..

you might be able to justify those feelings towards people sometimes, i think everyone including me have felt that way at one time or another but i think in the long run you have to try to avoid thinking like that it is not good for you and it will make you an unhappy person
