I know this receipe they need dack soya sauce only.. OTher then that i don't know..

I only know how to eat it. I think is one of the dish that you need to boil it until the sauce really go into the meat.
Why you need a Chinese Pig? Air Pork from the NTUC will do too, that from Aust.
