If she wants out let her go. It sounds obvious but it isn't really. Military life can be so hard on couples.

I understand long distance relationships are hard, especially when your significant other is in the military, because I've been there. however, it seems suspicious to me that after two years, knowing how your life would be in the Marine Corps, that your girlfriend would suddenly decide to dump you. it seems it's more than what she has told you. it is not easy for anyone, but if she does not want to try and stick it out it's certainly no reason for you to get married. perhaps it would just be better to move on for right now, and when you are out of the service maybe you two could try again. it's not healthy to push a relationship for the wrong reasons.

Everything happens for a reason and for a season. Maybe the relationship has run its course. But, for every closed door, there is another opportunity. So, this may be the best thing that happends to you. Don't force a marriage just so you can be around each other. Love persists whether you are there or not. I would suggest really thinking about this relationship and don't make any decisions based upon pressure.

your right it's not a good thing to get married just to be with her that would end badly. i don't want to say dump her but if that is what you have to do then do it.

I realize that military life is hard on couples. But you shouldnt be forced to marry just because she wants to, it should be because you love each other.
