That's easy; don't let go. Get involved with things that actually interest you, and take your time when doing them. If you rush, you just make mistakes; best to do it right, even if it takes a little longer than you might prefer. As long as you keep it steady, you'll be fine. Trust me, I learned it the hard way, just like you are at this point...

I am exactly the same way, and I don't really have any answers for you. It's like there a million things I already ought to be doing and something else comes up, AH! Throw it on the pile b/c it doesn't ******* matter if I get to it or not. What's one more thing?

All I can say is that when the pile of crap I need to attend to is small, I need to stay on top of it or it gets out of control in a hurry. It's not a matter of being lazy, either, or else I wouldn't get so upset at myself. Don't really know why I let it get away. I'll write to you if I ever figure it out.

I do the same thing. I hate it. The best way i've found is to use that anger you get at yourself for not getting things done, and push yourself when you really dont want to. Once you do this for alittle bit you get use to it and it starts to become just a normal part of your life. And most important you can sleep at night.
