when i try to talk to a girl i just donot know what to say .how do i get out of this

Two reasons you're not getting the results you want. First, you need to NOT be insecure. Confidence is king, and this is the hard part. How you act around someone is how they will feel with you. If you're nervous and afraid, they will be weirded out and feel uncomfortable too. All you have to do is realize that rejection isn't "bad". It is just another person you don't click with. If you get rejected it doesn't cost you anything, it doesn't hurt, and unless they KNOW you, they won't even remember you. If you're happy and comfortable in your own skin then stop caring what other people think.
The second is having something to say. Once you break the ice you can talk about anything. There is no As an exercise to break you out of your fear, try to talk to five random girls a day for a week. While talking make sure to look them in the eyes. I have a couple ideas that might help you as well. Email me.

well take time. win her friendship. stay cool, stay calm. dont panick. just think she's ur friend. talk to her normally. spend lot of time with her. tell her about ur embarassing or some incident that makes her laugh. make sure she's happy when u r around. and one more thing be honest. that's what a girl expect's from u. ok. all the best then

well, stop to figured out what u should should wear, what u should say and how to make a girl fall in love with u. the more u act in such way, the worst it will be. be natural and be yourself...what u need is just a confident in you...

start by asking her a general question about the weather, if you are in school and are in the same class ask her about a problem on one of your assignments it will help break the water
