The best allergy med out there is Benadryl. It works the best, but it will make you very drowsy. If you're looking for something that won't make you drowsy, try Claritin--it's over the counter. Otherwise, see your doctor for more options.

I absolutely love 24-hour Claritin-D; it's worked great for me and relieved all my symptoms. The only problem is it's really expensive, I think around a dollar a pill (comes in 5 and 10 packs). The generic brand I tried (it was by Equate at Walmart, but I don't remember exactly what they called it; "something or other-D") seems to work just as good, but is only just a little cheaper.

I agree with the meds listed above. As a home remedy I would get an air filter.

You can get Claritan or Allegra over the counter, both very safe medicines for seasonal allergies. Have the same problem myself.

i suggest you go to your primary physician to seek further information about allergy medication that is right for you.
there may be different types that help clear up certain symptoms.
for example, antihistamines (for the allergy-like symptoms) & anticonvulsant (to help decrease nasal congestion)
good luck!

try Alavert or Claritin-D. if you don't get relief, visit a doctor for prescription meds that are stronger.
