I have acid reflux which is caused from a Hiatal Hernia.......Would yoga be okay for me?

Research some of the yoga positions online and test them out. Some may aggrevate the condition more than others. So you come up with a workout including the ones you can do. The main goal is to find a way to stretch, meditate, & relieve tension (may help reflux?).

I'm sure you could call your Dr. to be sure. It shouldn't take a visit to answer. Good luck!

Yes you can do yoga. But just dont go to an extreme when it comes to certain poses that may affect you in negative ways.

Yes, HOWEVER find a GOOD teacher and tell them BEFORE you start.

yogafinder.com will show a list, that doesn't mean it's "good" however of teachers in your area.
