Onkyo owns Integra.

Integra to Onkyo is like Acura to Honda. A sister division that caters to a more high-end user.

I don't know if Denon is in the picture.

The Denon brand came from a merger of "Denki Onkyo" in 1939.

In 2001 Denon was spun off as a separate company with 98% held by Ripplewood Holdings and 2% by Hitachi.

Denon originated Digital Audio technology & was a brand name of Nippon-Columbia, including the Nippon Columbia record label.

1946 On 17 September Onkyo is created as "Osaka Denki Onkyo" and begins with research work for pick-ups and loudspeaker chassis.

So it sounds like there is some sort of connection between the two companies. But if one owns the other, my guess is it would be Denon, since they are bigger.

BTW
Denon used to be the leader in professional DJ equipment, but Pioneer is now.
