OK, you'll think I'm kidding but I'm not.
Tilt your head over to the side. Whichever side of the ear that is blocked.
Hop on one leg with your head still tilted to the side and the water will dislodge itself.
I kidd you not.
I used to see people at the swimming pool doing this and wondered what they idiots were doing.
Once I was told, it all made sense.
When I tried it, in the privacy of my own home so people didnt' think I was an idiot too, it worked.
If it doesn't work for you, then try the ear drops that the other people were telling you about.

I would get water in my ears after swimming. There's something called "Swim Ear" - they sell it at any drug store. You put little drops of it in your ear and it dries the water up. How does that work? It's like, 100 proof alcohol. It works like a charm!

cotton swab or alchohol (dries up the water). Or just wait it out. It will dry on it's own. You can also attempt to jar the water loose by turning your head to the side with water being down and shake your head to get it out (think about it as shaking the ketchup out of the bottle). Hope this helps.

try a blow dryer on low. if this doesn't work, see a doctor or urgent care to rule out any infection.
