This my second speeding ticket. My previous one was when I was 18, I'm 20 now. I live in louisiana and I got a ticket during mardi gras break! They didn't put the price on the ticket. Is that bad? How much do you think it will be?

This is a Speeding ticket? Not a ticket for reckless or careless driving? If it is, you got lucky; you fine will probably be in the $200 to $250 range. I would have tagged you for reckless and nicked you $500.
I don't think you will lose your license over a second speeding ticket in two years.
The fact that there is no fine listed on the ticket may be a simple oversight on the officer's part. Or the speed may require a mandatory court appearance.

Might want to take that lead plate out of your right shoe. . .

If there isn't a price on the ticket, then it usually means there is a court date. If that is so, then the judge can set the price. I learned this the hard way when I was your age and went in to the court for a citation and I had just a little too much of a sense of humor. He doubled the fine.

Call the issuing office and ask them what the fine is, but they may tell you that you have to appear since you were doing more than 80 miles per hour. If you have to appear, show remorse and don't try to crack jokes. That cost me double and I wasn't being a wise butt either. I just knew that I was there because of my own behavior and was making fun of myself.

My guess is that the fine will be around $200 and you'll lose your license.

I would say it depends upon the type of roadway (limited access, two lane, etc...). In my state, you would be looking at about $250 + court costs.
