because IQ is based on the fact that the completely average person should have an IQ of 100 (which is why an IQ of 90 or below is considered retarded) Now, if you have an IQ of higher that 100 that makes you 'better' than average and therefore better in general. Then that gives you the right to condemn and criticize the thoughts and actions of others which makes them afraid to think or speak for themselves which is counterproductive to learning and therefore creates a society of retards.
