I am also getting married to a Filipino girl and I am not sure what you are asking, I am some what familiar with the process, when you say legal capacity , that either means your legal right to marry, if you or her were married before , you must show a divorce from the states or wherever you are from , if either has ever been married in the Philippines, you must show proof of a annulment since divorces are not allowed in the Phil's,
If you need to be annulled please be very careful of the Attorney you chose, as this is a tricky situation and many Arty's Will take you for a ride, as we were, so make sure your Attorney is honest and reliable.
