I live in Italy....and know plenty of Italian guys that not only date black girls but even marry them. Most Italians are not so strung up on race like Americans are. Some Italians like black girls, some like Latinas, some like northern europeans or Americans with blond hair and blue eyes, some like Italian girls, most could care less. I think the best thing to do is ask him if he likes you. He might not like dating black girls or he might just not want to date you.....of course, he could also tell you he's interested in dating you.

Im not a guy but Im an Italian girl and Im always with Italian guys.
Italian or not, guys are guys. Sometimes Italians can be strict with cultures and stuff (believe me I know) but im sure this can happen in some cases. So keep your head up.

I'm gonna marry a european girl. Italians like to stick together with those who share a common heritage.
That's all. It's not hate about strangers, it's love towards my people. Just like my grand parents did.
If we all mix, being italian won't exist anymore.
But we can be friends, no problem.
