does any one here feel that they talk too much but cant help it. well i get that feeling alot and i cant stop.

dude i know what you mean.when me and m y friends go out im the one to lead the conversation all night............lol.funny cause i can't help it.I just keep going and going.Now my friends just let it go they know they can't get a word in when im around,but you see even if I catch my self doing it I wont stop.

I go from one extreme to the other. I won't talk at all--and suddenly you can't shut me up. Sometimes I say things that I really regret.

I seem not to be as bad since I virtually gave up caffeine. I am not so hyper, and tend not to talk as much.
