A "Dirty Sanchez" is not a drink sweetie! It is in reference to a sexual act that is not exactly pleasant for for the recipient.
This is when a man sticks it in the womans backside, and then ejaculates on her back causing her to look back in disgust. When she does turn back, the man then wipes his penis across her upper lip giving her a mustache of sorts. Hence the name..."Dirty Sanchez"
