I rarely break out, but when I do, it's usually ONE BIG PROMINENT ZIT. What do you think is the best stuff to put on these to get rid?

i use clearasil twice a day and i stay clean. when i do get a zit i put the ivory bar soap and water (soapy mixture you get by rubbing your hands with it) right on the zit. the makes the skin dry and eventually it will dissapear (within 6-7 days) i usually do this and then pop it and continue to clearasil it

This might sound really crazy but if you have a zit with oozing pus and gross things tooth paste will make it go away overnight. Toothpaste has an ingredient to prevent your gum from having inflammations so if you use it on your new-existing big gross zit it will make it go down significantly, it has to be the white toothpaste though not the gel kind.

Well I think it best to leave it alone and stay clean. don't touch it and worst dont pop it. pop it not going to help it'll leave a scar. Well i use to put a little toothpaste on the zit, and leave it overnight. It not completely disappear, but it do help.

If it's a big one put toothpaste on it over night, it dries the pimple up!

Oh & drink lots of water too. =]
