I am reluctant to add another set of drivers. I tried iTunes once and it attempted to control all media players, until I uninstalled it. Don't want the same problem with Netflix movie player...

It appears from the Netflix web site that downloading the plug-in is a requirement. Are you able to watch online video from Netflix without the plugin? Did you have any conflicts with Windows Media Player?

I have it installed and it has no conflicts with Windows Media player...

the player is only set up for use with the Netflix "Watch Now" feature.... and doesn't effect anything else....

I used it for a while. It was no better or no worse them the Windows Media Player. I eventually got rid of it. I saw no point in having 2 media players.
