You're bloating because you aren't drinking enough. You need water to flush toxins out of your body, aid in digestion, keep your blood pressure at a healthy level, and to keep your sodium levels in check. Not having enough water makes your kidneys work harder to get rid of salt, not enough water causes bloating because the fiber in your digestive tract has nothing to help it through, and if you get dehydrated, your blood pressure can drop. Try keeping a large water bottle with you at all times, refilling when empty. I find when I carry a bottle with me everywhere I go, I drink more.
Oftentimes, when we think we are hungry, it isn't hunger, but thirst. So, in some ways, water curbs your appetite and helps you eat less, while keeping your body functioning properly.
There are lots more reasons to drink water in the links below, I only touched on a few that I know offhand.

You skin is made up of mostly water so when you drink your recommended dose of h2o your skin will look better, feel better and age better. Also it can help with your health because your body and organs need to be hydrated to run properly. You get bloated because you don't drink enough water and your dehydrated which is very un healthy and bad for your skin and organs. Especially your kidneys. You really should start to drink more water, gradually work you way up even if its 3 glasses a day up until you get your 8 glasses. I drink a lot at once so it doesn't seem so bother some. I usually drink a big 32 oz bottle in the afternoon while I get ready for work and then usually two while I'm at work. If its in one container your brain will think its "one" glass while really its like 2 in a half per bottle!

Not getting dehydrated or ruining your organs. I didnt drink enough 3 years ago, got the flu and felt like i was dead. thats my reason to drink water now. I didnt have water or very little for 3-5 days straight, my head hurt, couldnt think, felt dizzy, could not stand up and its all cuz not enough water. To much is not good though, I would just try to slowely start drinking more to get your bladder use to it. I drank to much pop a day and not enough water and paid for it in the long run. To not get bloated just sip it and dont drink a bottle in 1 min.+

It's suggested to drink 6 to 8 glasses a day.
Adequate water intake prevents dehydration, cleans out the body, and promotes healing processes
Water helps you look good. By flushing out toxins and impurities, water can make your skin clearer, smoother and younger looking.
Drinking water helps you control hunger. Drink a large glass of ice water 20 minutes before meals. The cold causes your stomach to shrink somewhat, which will make you feel full more rapidly.
Not drinking enough water can lead to constipation, dry and itchy skin, acne, nose bleeds, repeated urinary tract infections, dry and unproductive coughs, constant sneezing, sinus pressure and headaches.
You're body needs water to survive, so if you can try to increase your intake to at least 4 glasses a day. Even if you're just sipping it on and off and not having it all in one sitting.
Good luck!

Homeostasis - when all the hormones of the body are in balance with each other, providing an optimal enviroment for anabolic gains (muscle building), and fat burning. Drink your water with a straw. When you gulp it down without one, the stomach takes in air which causes bloating. With a straw, you can drink 3-4 times more, without the bloating.
You should drink 1/2 your bodyweight in ozs of water per day, everyday for the rest of your life. Work up to it over a week to ease into the beneficial effects. Distilled and demineralized water is best - avoid tap water, its full of chlorine, flouride, inorganic minerals and other nasty things.
