The bible never mentions the word rapture. What are you reading?

It will be explained away by the AC. Perhaps it will happen at the same time as a nuclear war. He will say they were all vaporized. Also he can begin his reign with the seven year peace plan we all know about. There are too many people who are aware of the rapture teaching. He will have to offer a convincincing explanation. Theoretical of course, but I do believe the Bible teaches the snatching away of the saints before the tribulation period,

They won't disappear. They'll be caught up in the clouds, and then be transformed instantaneously. They will then return to earth with bodies like Jesus had after He was resurrected. Yes, they will be able to fly and walk through walls. But even after a thousand years of being surrounded by people with glorified bodies, some still won't believe. At that point, God the Holy and Just and Good and Perfect, the God from all eternity, will send them to the Lake of Fire. But for now, scoffers will scoff and say, "where is this return that He promised?" So take heart. It's to be expected.

God's purpose for us was, and always will be for us to live on a paradise on Earth. If he took a bunch of people from the Earth as in a rapture, he would be admitting defeat. You are mistaking a text that says that God will take an annointed few (called the 144,000 or small flock) to serve as ambassadors in heaven to the great flock remaining here on an earth that has been transformed (a new heaven and new earth). He is all-powerful and would never allow Satan to impose his will on creation.

Wow Chris, I guess all the people who feel they are so against the Bible are actually forfilling it. The road to Heaven
will be narrow. It also looks like the majority are ready to accept the Antichrist. But heck, it only states there will be wars and rumors of war, earthquakes in diverse places, but anyone would have known this thousands of years ago, like John....right???

There is no such thing as the rapture in the bible. According to relevations everyone will live through the tribulation, there will be no sucking of people up to heaven before the bad stuff starts. IT'S NOT IN THE BIBLE.

No.
Does this sound like a rapture..Eph.6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Given the judgmental attitudes, I assume they will all belong to the same church? If so, and the world population keeps on reproducing, it will be a good way to open up some new rentals and schools when they leave. Best wishes on your journey

Nah - we'll be well-rid of the self-righteous.

Probably they were taken down for that than up for any particularly godly qualities
