So there's this guy who I like a lot, but I can't tell if he likes me back.
He tries to make me laugh, talks to me, and stares at me a lot. But recently, I left him a comment on one of his facebook pics that said "hot". When I checked facebook like, 30 minutes later, he had changed his profile pic to the picture that i had commented on! But since then, he's not staring at me, or talking to me as much and he seems to be a little uncomfortable around me. What's going on and what should i do??

What you should do is. Ask yourself what you make of him. Ask yourself if you want that guy to be a friend or something more. Ask yourself if you enjoy this 'change'.

Then communicate to him. Just saying 'hot' based on a picture is not a sure sign or indication of your feelings for him.

But once you know what you really want, give him more hints.

Why he might 'redraw' (according to your observation but you could be wrong) might be a lot of reasons like he is going through some challenges and he needs to figure it out (which may or may not have anything to do with you), he is not sure if he really wants it. He is not sure if you wants it. ... ... So stop torturing yourself with lots of hypothetical scenarios. Truth is no one will really know except him.

So know what you want and communicate that to him. If he needs more time, be understanding. Be cool!

Well, maybe you can send him a message on facebook and just ask if he has been feeling alright. Just tell him that you noticed that he seems distant and if he would ever like to talk, you would be willing to listen. He may just feel ill or be having a bad time with something in life. Best wishes!

He probably just knows you like him now and is self-conscious around you. Why don't you make the move and go up and talk to him. As him if he wants to hang out after school and watch a movie or something. Or ask him for help on your homework, or if he wants to study together.

Most likely, he's shy around you, and now that he thinks you might like him, he's clamming up because he's afraid he'll blow it. I've done that one more than once. You could try talking to him about it, or maybe just ask him out for lunch or coffee or something.

no you didn't screw it up,, i think he just feels shy. he probably thinks that all those staring, jokes that he did before actually worked. maybe he's just waiting for you.. guys are like girls, they are afraid they'd get rejected.. if a guy teases you, makes you laugh, tries to get your attention, that means they like you.. *smile, somebody likes you*

he is into you and is shy and doesnt know how to make the first move...
...just come out with " I really like you, how do you feel about me?"
dont be afraid to open up...people waste so much time on guessing...instead of going after what they believe in...get after it girl!! good luck

Not sure. You could be overly sensitive but I think you should give it time to see how he reacts. He could busy with something of some sort.

You scared him! Not to worry, though; now you just need to coax him out from under his rock. Try being nice to him, talking to him, and go from there.
