Okay, I'm a little slow about these things myself, but here's what I learned: It's usually 4 steps.
1. Ask her if she'd like to do something that's along the same lines as your interests.
2. Ask her out on a real date after two or three 1. steps.
3. Go steady.
4. Get her in the sack.
I'll let you discover what comes after those steps; I don't want you to lose too much of the surprises/shocks that will come later...

lol..no need tyo worry..most guys are girl retarded. Making a move really depends on the girl. Some need only a subtle hint to know your intrested..while others want it all layed out on a silver platter with roses and hearts. As long as you know the individual, you shuld be able to know what is sufficient to let her know your intrested, Invite her to a movie..offer to help carrying her books stuff like tht...if all else fails rely on your friends to pass the word to her friends

hmm making a move ... dont seem to despirate. but you can even verbaly make a move. Be cute not a man-whore, ask to go get coffee or food then go to see a movie. make sure to keep a good convo ,a dn be flirtacious and a bit touchy, but no more that a kiss on the first date!

I think it may depend on how old you are. If you're in high school and just starting to date, making a move could be considered kissing. But if you're in university and already sexually active as well as your peers, making a move could be considered as fore-play or even sex.

Don't just randomly go up to a girl and kiss her if you're not on a date. That's rude. If you're interested from afar, go talk to her. Don't say things that make her feel uncomftorbale around you. If you're already friends, just act a little more flirty.
