..hmm..my brother is a stoner.well i sswear he is,but he says he isnt.and i do know he does it cos i found his pipe.but how do you know if someone is a stoner?..is there any..clues.or whatever?

Yell "hey", then wait a couple seconds and throw a wrench at him. If he doesn't show any signs of trying to avoid the wrench, he's probably a stoner. And you get to see him get hit by a wrench.

Well, a stoner is someone who does it all the time. Just ask him simple favors and try to see how forgetfull he is.
Stoners are, for the most part, very laid back as well.
While he's stoned, try to see if he has an "herbal aroma" (though febreeze and driving with the windows down can clear the smell easy), see if he's more easily amused than usual, also take note if he starts eating more.
As for you, a pipe is a dead giveaway for me. :D

i don t know but i can spot them too and never been wrong can not describe how sorry but if it really is his pipe hes a typical stoner deny deny

well you can tell by their pupils, the way they act, the people he hangs around with etc.
