Find pictures of biggest fatest people you can find, if you can find them get pix of them eating. Put these pictures on your frig, and if you can carry one with you. Anytime you want to eat look at them and ask yourself if you want to be like that.
Also get pictures of thin people you wish you looked like. Put those pictures everywhere.especially in the bathroom and wherever you work out. Use these pix as your Thinspirations.
The #1 best thing you can do without making any diet or exercise changes is to increase the fiber in your diet to 35grams or more. Look at what you eat and how much fiber it has and use a supplement or minor changes to the foods you eat to get your fiber levels up. Once you've got 35grams of fiber in your system 20% of the calories you intake in won't count toward your daily caloric intake. It's really cool, kind of like getting an automatic discount.
If you will do a search for Ana/Mia sites you'll find someone really creative diet ideas. Ana is for Aneroxia and Mia for Bulimia so beware of that, and if you have an eating disorder don't go looking for those sites, it's not healthy for anyone with an eating disorder, but they might give you some ideas for your project.

Alright something that I actually used, I got my family to go on a diet with me, and us all get gym passes and work out every day for about two hours. Something as simple as running, biking, weight lifting, basketball, all that good stuff. And hey you get in some family comp. to see who can lose the most. That makes it all worth it to be able to say that you did something better then your brother or sister and if you're an only child I am sorry but hey you still beat could beat your mom or dad.

put your fav food on a string infront of you so no matter how hard, fast or long you walk or run you cant get to it...
put your food on a plate on a rc car and have a friend control it while you run after it---your not allowed to eat the food until either the batterys die or you catch it.....

Change your diet, No red meat, No diary products, ( milk,cheese,) cut back on sugar products No FAT, Look at your LDL and HDL this is where it really counts. (a blood test will show you how low your bad fat is, and how high your good fat is...LDL & HDL ) Olive oil is good fat , fish oil is good fat. All others should not be in your diet.
