ok so i like this one girl and we've been hanging out lately and i wanna ask her out soon. theres another girl who i'm friends with, but i don't like her more than a friend, but she does like me. i'm gonna hang out with the 2nd girl this weekend, but i don't wanna make her feel bad if i ask the 1st girl out soon. what should i do?

Well do it anyways... explain to the second girl that you like her no more then a friend... and carry on going with the first girl..
