What are the requirements to recieve credit for the four years of JROTC?

What are the requirements to recieve credit for four years of JROTC while in highschool and going to college?
Also is it possible for my instructer to with hold my four years of JROTC?

All you have to do is successfully complete 1 semester all the 4 years in the JROTC program. That means you should have started in 9th grade and took it every year after that or completed 1 semester every year from 9th grade to 12th grade.
