It means "hi, hi, handsome, how are you? I'm fine".
The correct spelling is "hur mår du"- "jag är bra". Actually, "jag är bra" means "I am good", and a native Swede would hardly write it that way. "Jag mår bra" is the standard phrase - "I'm fine".

Are you sure this is Swedish? If you read if fast enough it sound like......well you do it and see how it sound to you..like on of those personalized license plates with the vowels missing.
