because i have almost to my lower back hair and i want something fun and cute for spring and upcoming summer.i have a slight double chin not like i have an extra chin completely but i have one and i wanted to know if getting a shoulder length/short haircut like maybe short as in an inch above my neck would make my face look like a ball.also suggestions on what haircut .

As long as you get layers and not a pin straight haircut it should look totally cute. Avoid bangs though, it will make your face look shortened and rounder. Christina Ricci has a round shaped face and she has some cute short haircuts if you look her up. Good luck:)

Longer hair in the back and sides elongates the face. But, If you keep some length at the back like my avatar, you should be fine. Get your stylist's opinion too. Then make the decision. The layers need to be at least 4 inches to get that look. Also have it texturized for movement. If you keep it longer, have the front angled from just under the chin It will look great then !

It would be a bad idea to do so because as you said you have a round face. And if you have a round face, a perfect hair cut for you would shoulder length hair then a fringe on the side. That would help give an illusion to make your face skinnier. And make you not look as chubby as you would be. The fringe isn't neccessary but again, it spices up the look.

Razor cut with layering that ends about at the shoulder. Let the layers curve out around the face. You might consider a few highlights for summer also. Be sure to ask your stylist for a second opinion!

I have a round face also and my hair is usually always short. Now I have it longer. I would suggest going shoulder length to see how you like it. Check out this website. Good luck!!!

I prefer hair that will is shoulder length or longer, And also since that men who like females are more often then not directly, they like long hair because this looks more feminine, as most males have short hair.

longer hair looks great on round faced women...but even getting a shoulder length hair cut wouldn't look bad...just get layers that you can flip out or curl or something like that but i wouldn't go real short b/c it'll probably not accent. get highlights it'll look good. go to instyle.com or fashion.com or people.com for more hairstyles... good luck!

CHIN LENGTH IS GOOD. getting full bangs (cover the whole four head) might camoflauge the roundnees in ur face getting bangs that come to the eyebrow and alittle below should camo it
