Taking too much Aspirin DOES kill you. Taking an overdose can cause a worse or new isde effect that can cause the body to react in many ways, including mental disorder, loss of physical contact, and so forth. It will take about an hour for the effects to kick in, depending on how much time the medicine is originally supposed to take in order to for the effect to kick in.

Yes. Abdominal pain, vomiting, ringing in the ears, deep/rapid breathing, fever, sweating, delirium, convulsions, coma are symptoms. A very, very unpleasant way to die. 3 bottles at once would easily do it. You would only need to take about 1 bottle to die. But if you wanted to die, I would do it in a different way.

A massive overdose of aspirin will probably kill you from dysurea: your kidneys will quit working. You'd also acidify your blood and cause some kind of chemical dysfunction. A routine practice of mild overdose of aspirin will lead to bleeding stomach ulcers.

Yes, you can die from taking too much aspirin. You could slowly bleed to death from overdosing on it.

If you are truly thinking of doing this, please start by talking to your family doctor who will hopefully refer you promptly to someone who can help.

Killing yourself is not the answer, especially by a method that will cause days of agony before you die.
