Word by word:
"hej" = 'hello'.
"snygging"= 'beautiful person'.
"hur" = 'how'.
"mor" = 'mother'.
"du" = 'you'.
"jag" = 'I'.
"ar" lacks the proper vowel the correct spelling would be "är" = 'am'/'is'/'are'.
"bra" = 'good'.

Translation word by word:
"Hello hello beautiful how mother you? I am good."

The word "mor" is meant to be the word "mår" and its a strange spelling error in my opinion.

"hur mår du?" = 'how are you doing?' or, 'how are you feeling?'

The last part "jag är bra" is not correct Swedish in that context. The proper way to say it is "jag mår bra" = 'I'm doing fine' or 'I feel fine'. "Jag är bra" means 'I'm good', as in 'I'm good at doing something'.

Translation after the corrections:
"Hello hello beautiful how are you doing? I'm doing fine."

Loosely translated it means:

Hey good looking, how are you doing? (or, what's up?)
"Jag ar bra." means, I'm good.

Pretty much a pick-up line:-)....
