Its good to gain weight if your under weight. But if your weight is natural, I wouldn't worry. Most people would love to have your body, and they often tease those that do have it out of envy.
But if your real serious about gaining weight, I suggest that you don't change a thing. If you start to eat more than usual, your weight won't change, but you could develope health problems like heart ailments, problems with your liver, things of that nature. There again, you are young. Most girls around 14 tend to fill out a bit. You are young, so I wouldn't worry. Give it some time and see what happens. And besides, if those kids tease you again, tell them you have something that they don't... a model's ideal body!

Well, first of all...hang in there. You'll grown into your mature shape. For now...try drinking Ensure. There are several weight gain formulas on the market that are healthy. Also, eat a lot of carbs (breads, baked potatoes, etc...) but try to stay away from unhealthy things like...slamming on chips or french fries, and don't forget to eat a balanced diet. Don't leave out the veggies. Just do things like...adding cheese and regular dressing to your salads.

I used to have a flat butt.
Anyway, do some research on healthy foods and DO NOT gain weight via fast food. Sure you'll get a nicer shape and the food will taste great but your skin and organs aren't going to appreciate it. Increase your normal calorie intake and maybe try to build some muscle in certain areas.

The best ways to gaining weight without being full too quickly would be drinking sodas. You can get fat from eating and drinking sugar everyday.
I bet you're not even serious about gaining weight. Even if you are for now, I'm 100% sure that you're going to regret it later.

aww... i had this problem too at your age... hmm....
well...
its hard! haha.. cuz id say stop being active but you dont want to be unhealthy
try to increase your calorie intake. u might feel full cuz u ate a lot of things. Eat things that have higher calories in them. and also..on nurtitional fact labels , it says that you NEED 100% daily fat, it is good and nessecary for beautiful skin and nails and hair.. so make sure you get your fat. eat lots of avocadoes, and nuts they are healthy but a little fatty (the good fat)

eat a lot of the followings:
1. starchy foods
2. baked sweet potato's, a lots of them
3. Macaroni and cheese
You do this gaining fat first, while keep them around, try to build your muscle and eating high protein foods like lean hamburger meats while maintain vigorous exercise activities.
Yes, easy say than done......

wow 5-10 pounds a week is impossible for you, maybe if u were obeese, just eat alot of krispy creme donuts and fried chicken

if your being skinny is a health problem protein helps but if your healthy consider blocking them out and looking at how fortuante you are you arent fat like the millions of us are.\
dont go binging on mc donalds and fat and sugar becase even if you wont get fat its still not heathy and can cause low amune system and even alergies
