i am in the process of chossing designer for the dresses has anyone heard of HOUSE OF MOSHE?

as i havent heard much about him, he has so far been cheaper and is guaranteed as if i am not satisfied he will make changes until i am. just need some advice on designers and if anyone has heard of him.

As I've not heard of him, just from what you are saying, he is cheaper and guaranteed...Well, I would think that you can't lose that way. Good luck and CONGRATS!!!
