And not gain it back? Lost 6 pounds in 2-3 weeks, not 6 days. Losing weight in 6 days will result in a loss of water weight and/or muscle. Not healthy.

You can't lose that much weight in so little time and not gain ANY back after. You can lose it and gain about half back after, but only by eating practically nothing and exercising a lot.

Starve yourself to death and eat nothing at all for 6 days!! it's impossible and even if it's possible it's unhealthy and plain crazy. If you're that desperate to lose weight try a low carb diet, you lose weight fast and at least you get to eat something.

This is not the healthiest thing to do. I would recommend getting on a regular fitness program. I belong to a FREE fitness website that has nutritional plans, work outs and great motivational articles. it's a huge community with a lot of great people there. If you decide to join, please tell them Honeybea referred you and stop by my page and say, 'hi'!

You can't. If you do manage to lose poundage according to the scale, it's only water weight. why do we women always want to torture ourselves for the fellas? lose weight sensibly. 6 pounds isn't super hard to lose, it'll only take 3 months or so. confidence is way sexier though. strut that around him if you wanna get his attention :]

Almost impossible, without losing a limb or something you'd miss.
