I got a bad haircut. The top is longer than and rest and it looks really weird imo.
Iunno, i might be overanalyzing, i haven't got a haircut in a while.

You could go to another stylist you trust and ask them to fix it. But if you don't know any stylist you trust than ask around, ask you family and friends where they go and if they (the stylist) really know what they are doing.

go back to the hairdresser and explain that you would like a bit taken off the top..that the haircut feels unbalanced to you...
and you would like the top layered a bit shorter.
they will adjust it.
show them exactly how much you want taken off....
or..if you feel that they are that bad..go to another salon or barber to have it re-cut.

cut the top to match the rest and itl all gro out the same length so you can try again

A better description of why it looks bad would help. Try slicking it back. Or go back and have them redo it.

Go back to the hairdresser. Just let them know what you let us know. Any hairdresser worth his salt will fix it for free.

go back and tell the manager, have the manager fix it. not the stylist if you are scared. it should be free.

well, if you dont like it, i would suggest cutting it differently until youre more comfortable with the look

shave ur head/ get it all one really short length/ get over it/ or die it purple...no one would notice the bad cut if it was purple
