In my church we refer to them as "Reverend", but I think it differs from church to church.

If she holds the position of vicar, rather than rector, you can address her as Vicar. You can also address her as Mother, which we use in my parish.

I don't really know, because, according to Paul, women were to remain silent in the church and not have authority over men. So, how about "sinner".

And in all probability she is a lesbian, so that complicates the matters more, how about "arch-sinner."
