All answers welcome. Please! A girl keeps looking at me and then looking away, and she seems to listen to everything I say, even if I'm not talking to her! Does it sound like a crush? High-schooler's answers are REALLY appreciated (especially girls)!!!

Yep, it does. Girls can be shy, and that's good! That means she's not a hussy and approaching all the guys; real forward.
If she holds eye contact, smiles at all, and listens to you, I think she likes you.
Try to smile at her more, and ask an 'ice-breaker' to start a casual conversation. How's it going, comment on a book she's reading, what she's wearing, anything casual to start a conversation.
Be nice, respectful, and SMILE. Don't come on too heavy, be a friend first. Girls can relax with a friend.
Look her in the eye, smile, listen to what she says, DON't ever look at other girls while you two are talking, and most of all, make her laugh. Girls love that!
If anything goes wrong, laugh at yourself, make a joke.

She does seem interested if she listens to everything you say. You should talk to her and ask her about it, or ask one of your friends to ask her..
but there must be something about you she likes if she's staring at you..

They blush a lot, you find them being more attached to you then a regular person would be, uh and i guess they flirt a lot basically...
