im planning on taking hydroxycut and running very often drinking only water lifting weights and cutting down on my food if i do what it says will i lose noticeable fat on a week or 2

Hey, drinking lots of water, cutting down on food intake especially the fatty ones with exercising is a sure way to loose weight. I lost 12 kilo's in 6weeks (don't know pounds) just by eating a large bowl of cereal (a wholegrain one), eating only fruit and or tuna during the day and eating dinner before 6pm (not eating anything during the night) along with half hour walk. Didn't need "lotions, potions or pills" been there and done that for 10years.

Try Isagenix. It works great. You don't have to starve yourself, two meal replacement shakes per day and a 400-600 calorie meal, lots of water and at least 20 mins. of excercise a day. There are also cleansing days which make you feel incredible (no it doesn't give you diareha (sp?). I lost 10 lbs. and 4% body fat in two weeks and I plan on living this way because I feel so good.

You don't need pills or other drugs to lose weight. Just workout, watch what you eat, when you eat, and how often, and drink lots of water every day. Eventually you'll lose the weight. It won't happen over night, but you'll feel better about yourself if you don't use pills.

That is horrible!!! Just adjust your diet and exercise an average amount a day. Drugs are NOT a good solution!
