I have 2 questions.
1. my best friend is my maid of honor but lately she seem like she just dont have the time to help or even want to talk to me, when i call her she is always busy and says she'll call back but dosen't or we will make plans for her to come over but dosn't like tonight then I called her and she couldn't talk. anyway I keep asking when we are going shopping for her on what she is wearing. thank goodness its a very informal wedding where I didn't have to order anything. it's been me and my mom or just me doing all the planning, it would be nice to have someone there to ask what they think.. it's really starting to piss me off. what should I say to her..should I ask someone else to stand up for me?
2 my hair is really dried out between winter time and I think our water I was wondering if/or what I can do maybe some kind of home conditioning treatment.

1). yes I think you should talk to her. Let her know that you want to have a serious conversation. You might just have to come out and ask her if she feels she is too busy for this role? If she says no, then you let her know you have deadlines and so far, none is being made and would like to get on it. If she doesn't met the next deadline, then the best thing to do is decline her position. There is no easy way of doing so, but she has to get it in her head that, she isn't doing her part and being maid of honor isn't just a title to be given for nothing.

as for the hair: Have you tried a different brand of shampoo/conditioner?

Sometimes our hair gets used to certain brands. I switch out my brands each time I am ready for new shampoo/conditioner. I have long hair (too buttocks) and I don't wash it everyday as if do so, it strips the natural oil producted for shine. I wash it every other day (unless weather or around kids permits to do so lol). I allow my hair to soak in conditioner for 3 mins (shave my legs and all that while waiting). Then I rinse it out, but leave some in as washing all out, can cause dryness by stripping the hair of the conditioner, especially with harsh water).

People also use hot hair oil. but becareful as too much can cause oily hair.

I use pant pro-v leave in conditioner on dam hair, and allow to air dry. Helps with slik and shine.

Becareful on using hot irons and other materials that can dry out and cause damage too. With summer around the corner, that is crucial to double heat the hair.

I also heard of using mayo for conditoner and tea for highlights (as I used before for my natural red high lights to be more pronounced).

Before you get married, have a salon do some work on your hair and give you some tips too.

For the maid of honor, sit down and tell her that it's really important that she be there for some of these things. But keep in mind that she might be very busy. Remember, the wedding day might the most important event of your life, but it's the most important day of everyone else's lives.

But don't ask her to not be maid of honor unless you are prepared to completely ruin your friendship with her.

And for the hair, just buy a deep conditioning treatment.

its simple really. Ask her if she still wants to be in the wedding. It sounds to me like she regrets saying yes, or, she really is just really busy. Remember, people have lives they have to live, even if you are getting married.

re the hair conditioning, go to Walmart or even your grocery store or a salon and ask for a deep conditioning treatment. I do them everyweek as I straighten my hair everyday.

No reason to diss your MOH, you chose her for a reason, so leave it alone. My MOH lived far away, so couldn't help anyway, but she is my closest friend in my heart, so I wanted her in that special position.
For the hair, try VO5 Oil treatment.
